Ideal for a complete workout at home, this is a great gym for small spaces, yet it still allows for a complete workout where all muscles can be trained effectively.

With 24 training options and the ability for two people to use the station simultaneously, this flexible design allows you to train with a partner, further strengthening your training regime.

It is recommended that the total duration of each workout is no more than 60 minutes.
